Just as you hear the name Blind Ch3mistry, you wanted to know what’s behind it and why did they coin this. Blind in the sense they have a Blind Shake, where if you find the ingredients in the shake, you get that drink for free, but I would say it’s very difficult to find out as my fellow foodies weren’t able to tell the correct one.
Ch3mistry in the thought of providing chemical based drinks like nitrogen ones but that unfortunately didn’t work out for the management it seems, but yeah the name is here to keep us inquisitive. Beautiful ambiance even though it is quite small, they’ve used Hammocks & swing with a good yellow lighting.
Couldn’t have my try on drinks, straight into the starters surprisingly liked the Veg ones more than the Non Veg. PIRI PIRI FRIES was cheesy, crispy and went really well with the tangy sauce. PANNEER SANDWICH was nothing special yet with good fillings, neatly cut, a worthy order when you’re really hungry. CHEESE CORN BALLS cut half crisp outer portion had a very good flavor to it.
CHICKEN WINGS were nicely sauced and served good amount of portions. FRENCH TOAST was egg toasted bread with Nutella applied on one side served with mixed fruits & ice cream was a good idea, nice presentation too but with a very little effort on cooking. Very average stuff.
CHEESECAKE looked good, tasted decent but it was CHOCOLATE PANI PURI with red Velvet. Strawberry in Red Berries Milkshake with loads of Chocolate syrup which ended our meet with a good mood.
Overall – Very limited menu but few main courses in Fish are coming up, the owner replied. A little more extensive research on which genre the place decides to be, what all dishes can be added & how can it be innovated is definitely needed for this Blind to make the chemistry work.
