Bombay Brasserie has been one of the prominent brands especially in Chennai as it is located at Nungambakkam and Adyar.
TANGO MANGO looked cute, tasted more or less like a Slice. AAM PAPAD PANNEER had a tangy taste of Mango. Panneer was soft and good.
AGRA SUBZ SHEEK was surprisingly Veg. dish done in Sheek variety, went well with thick Romali Roti and green chutney.
Same thing in Mutton, KASHMIRI NAN KEBAB. NAGA GOSHT PEPPER WINGS was very different from the usual chicken wings without sweet or BBQ sauce.
In Main course there are many types of Bread Varieties, Romali Roti with COAST TO COAST CHICKEN was the best.
BOMBAY CHICKEN BIRIYANI covered with a Roti had nice flavors with chicken masala’s at one side, really good when mixed together. AMRITSARI KULFI in Desserts with nitrogen based kulfi was good.
This place over the years have become an Authentic place to explore North Indian style dishes, more importantly works very well for Veg people too, little expensive at 1000 ₹ for 2 people, but a definite good food place.
